About the class

It’s a weekend where we focus on teaching skills - how do we actually leave a lasting change on our students. How do we actually TEACH them something as opposed to just leading them through.

Tiny shifts in the alignment of a pose can move the work from one muscle to another without really changing the way a pose looks.

We'll need to see those shifts and changes and teach our students to feel and make them deliberately in their own practice.

This weekend focuses on alignment and the super important skill of teaching actions to our students, not poses.

We'll get some teaching practice in, revise key components of planning a good class and hopefully add one or two more for you to consider.
