Join Jean Hall for a day’s immersive Daoist Flow Yoga workshop exploring yoga and somatic practices that reconnect us to our innate qualities of support, ease, and embodied wisdom. Rooted in Daoist and yogic philosophy, this immersion invites you to move as part of a greater whole - guided by breath, sensation, and inner listening.
In this immersion, we will explore the skeletal system - the body’s deepest support and quiet energetic conductor. The bones root us to the earth, offering steadiness and integrity as we meet the constant pull of gravity.
By embodying the bones and listening into the spaces of the joints, we can rediscover that true support comes before ease. From this foundation, movement becomes effortless, posture reorganises naturally, and resilience begins to grow. As structure awakens, unnecessary tension softens, allowing a deeper intelligence to surface - one that can be felt in the bones and known throughout the whole being.
This immersion offers a space to release, resource, and return to a steadiness that is both grounded and fluid - cultivating balance, strength, and a quiet sense of coming home to inner support.
The session will include:
